As a tourism agency, we came for a meeting and chose this hotel because we could not find a suitable place. We left our car to the valet. When we picked up the car again, we saw that we had driven 65 km. They spent time outside with our car all night long, and their breakfast was worse than the breakfast provided by state dormitories. It needs to be inspected. I realized that they did not have any knowledge about tourism when they said that they did not know the supplier with whom we had made a reservation just as we were about to check out. It is truly a tragicomic situation that they do not know the supplier that supplies hotels all over the world and even sells their own hotels, and that they cause us problems at check-out. Nobody knows tourism in this sector, neither as a receptionist nor as a hotel manager. For this reason, it is a hotel that I will never choose and will not offer for sale or direct, including the congress and seminar organizations I organize as a tourism professional.
Clean, comfortable and safe place with warm and helpfull staff in centre of the city. I strongly recommend
